4. What happens after I make an enquiry?

Our intake team will contact you to learn more about your goals, needs, and NDIS funding. From there, we match you with the most suitable practitioner and arrange your first observation or engagement session.

6. What is a Positive Behaviour Support Plan (PBSP)?

A PBSP is a personalised document that outlines strategies to support someone’s behaviour in positive, safe, and practical ways. It includes proactive strategies, skill development, environmental adjustments, and ways to reduce behaviours of concern respectfully and effectively.
