Behaviour Support Practitioners at Positive Rhythm
Behaviour Support Practitioners
At Positive Rhythm, our Behaviour Support Practitioners play a vital role in improving quality of life for people with disability and those who support them. Our practitioners deliver ethical, evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), grounded in respect, collaboration, and a strong commitment to human rights.
We are a registered NDIS Specialist Behaviour Support service, and our practitioners work with individuals who may be subject to, or at risk of, restrictive practices. This work is guided by functional assessment, person-centred planning, and a clear focus on reducing and eliminating restrictive practices over time through proactive, skill-building supports.

Who We’re Looking For
We welcome Behaviour Support Practitioners who are passionate about making a meaningful difference and who value reflective practice, collaboration, and continuous learning. Practitioners must be registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and committed to delivering supports that are ethical, lawful, and aligned with best practice.

Opportunities Across Australia
Positive Rhythm is open to working with practitioners anywhere in Australia, provided they are registered Behaviour Support Practitioners through the NDIS Commission. Our flexible service model allows practitioners to work remotely while remaining connected to a supportive, values-driven team.
